COLIBRI360 – touch base inspection system that performs Ultrasonic inspection of metal structures using EMAT technology. Unique design of the COLIBRI360 allows perform inspection of surfaces under any angles. Mast with EMAT sensor rotates on 180 degrees and allows to position sensor parallel to any surfaces. It has capability to transmit inspection data to Data center in real time for QA/QC purposes.

Thickness measurement range

Integrated EMAT gauge measures metal structure from 2 - 60 mm with accuracy 0.08 mm and resolution 0.04 mm (possible to extend up to 200 mm)

Measurement without needs of surface preparation

EMAT sensor can measure different metal surfaces - painted, coated or corroded without considering of bonding or surface quality

Sensor misallignment to the surface is not

Possibility of 360 degress inspection

Location of EMAT sensor on rotary mast allows to measure any inclined, horizontal and vertical surfaces. Combines with drone's YAW measurement could be taken at any point

Compact size

Compact size of the drone (720x620x235 mm) allows
comfortably use it both outdoors and indoors

Navigation and safety

360 degrees sensors coverage protect drone from collisions. The optical stabilization system allows to fly indoor where GPS signal is not available. The drone does not use a compass for navigation and has immune to magnetic interferences.
